The first twenty minutes of the film are edited. Wouter Jansen edits like if he plays piano, his fingers dance over the keyboard. He feels the rhythm and the pace. He is able to create the up tempo that I want to make with the long shots that we shoot. For the rest I’m still confronted with the huge pile of paperwork waiting for me. I can’t set myself to do it but I have to.
