Numbers, figures, calculations, asking, begging, seducing, pray, search, hope, cry, fight, find new investors, get support, thank, surrender, give up, get back, give up again, get back again and wait, wait, wait, wait. It’s all about money! Money! Money! Money! Anton and Rachel have been cutting, slicing, shredding the budget over and over. Everybody had to give up a little bit. Like two fanatic surgeons they approached the budget from all sides. Just before the deadline yesterday evening they managed to close it. Now we’re waiting for the last signature of our Swedish companions. The clock is ticking. All papers must be on the table for the final decision of the African bank (our main financier). Next Wednesday, 13 September, is D-day. That’s when they will give the final GO or NO.
