In preparation to an ultra short story I’ve to write for Texel Magazine, a local glossy, I did some research this morning in the pilothouse of the ferry to the island Texel. Doing research is one of the most exciting things in the making process of a new story. At the same time I’m trying to get in contact with people on the Faroe Islands, but that works much more difficult than I had expected.
In the gallery ‘Tusse de Banke’ is an exposition of Zout, an artists association. I wrote for this event 54 portraits of the artists. And in between all this I’m finishing the reading of the last proof of my new novel, which also has been sold to Germany. When that’s done it will be ready for printing. The launch of the novel will be 1 March 2010.
