In the few days that I’ve got left in Bombay I tried to find all the answers on questions I still had regarding my new novel. One of the main characters is a boy that got lost on the streets of Bombay in the fifties.

Therefore I had several meetings with old inhabitants of Bombay and listened to their stories about the old days.

But also I had the chance, with the help of an ex-street kid, to get in contact with a group of kids living and surviving in downtown Bombay. It took time to win their trust, but it was very special and not easy to forget, especially the solidarity they show between them.

My last day I’ll use to have a screening of my film at the film school and talk with students about it. And for the fan of my plastic chair project. Here chairs I found: part 1 and part 2
