bombay

Bombay is as always like a tornado. From the moment I landed my schedule was filled with meetings. In between I tried to organize the hundreds of practical things that have to be done and meet my old friends. I’m in India to find old British descendants who live in small country side towns. They will be one of the mayor starting points for my new novel. It seems that in Simla (in the north) and Coonoor (in the south) such families still live. By the help of some very nice people I’m starting to make the first contacts. But first I go to Madras, which will become my basis this time. Tomorrow I’ll travel by train, 27 hours, hoping to collect some good stories on the way!

For the fans of course some new chairs for my collection.
