Not very often I accept projects in commission. My head is always full with my own stories, plans and ideas which I have to realise before I’ll make something else. But sometimes you are offered a project that is so challenging you can’t refuse. I’ve been asked to create a very complicated film clip about Bombay, my favourite metropolis. So I had to say yes! But I won’t start with it yet; first I’ll go back to France to continue writing ‘The Silent City’.
